Next, we schedule a meeting on site to see the space itself and explore the feasibility of your vision.
In this meeting we will also briefly discuss your preliminary budget and time frame. If the client is still undecided about proceeding with a renovation or new construction, it is best to invest in the Space Analysis Consultation.
Based on our discussions, ORA studio will prepare a proposal with an outline of the scope of work and a schedule of the design and construction phase. After a thorough review of the first proposal between both parties, a contract will be drawn up, with a detailed scope of work and designer fees.
